Buying direct should feel straightforward. Here is how a KustomWorks order moves from an idea to a finished sign.

You do not need a large order to work with us. Our minimum is one set, so a single nameplate or a first shopfront sign can be the beginning of the relationship.
Send a logo, a sketch or a photograph. Add the size, finish, quantity and delivery destination. Your free quotation is normally provided within 24 hours, and we work through the details before you approve.
Deposit, production and rush options.
A 50% deposit starts production after approval. Standard production runs 5–7 days, while rush orders can ship in 72 hours. Confirm the schedule for your design, and allow separately for transport.

Photos, delivery and installation.
Photographs are sent before shipping. DDP delivery brings freight, customs and duties into the agreed route. Your order includes a mounting pattern and the relevant wiring diagram to help with installation.
