Practical Guide

The most useful starting point is simple: show us what you want to make, where it will go and how big it needs to be.

Workshop Notes by

A vector logo makes it easier to discuss sharp letter edges and consistent proportions. If you only have a sketch or a photograph of an existing sign, send it anyway. It is a useful starting point for your free mockup.

Include the overall width, the approximate letter height, the quantity and the location of the installation. A wall photograph helps show the available space. Tell us whether you are planning a reception logo, a shopfront or a freestanding display.

Name the finish and the light.

Let us know whether you prefer powder-coated, brushed or mirror-finished metal. For illuminated work, describe a front-lit face, a halo effect or flexible neon. Reference images help communicate the result you are looking for.

Approve the details before the first cut.

Check the spelling, dimensions, material, finish, illumination and mounting approach in the approved specification. Once the design is agreed, a 50% deposit starts production. We send photographs before the order ships.
