Brushed, Mirror or Powder-Coated Letters?

Pick the Finish First.

Signage Notes

The letter shape catches the eye. The finish decides how it lives with the rest of your space.

Workshop Notes by

A brushed finish gives stainless steel a directional texture. It works well when you want the material itself to be part of the design. Think about the surrounding surfaces and how the lighting will meet the face of the letters.

Mirror-finished metal reflects the room around it. It can create a strong contrast against a matte wall. Show us your intended background so the visual effect can be considered together with the lettering.

Powder coat: color comes first.

A painted finish brings the focus back to your brand color and letter shape. Send a clear color reference and tell us whether the sign will sit inside or outside so the finish can be discussed in the specification.

Choose in context, then confirm.

A finish should be chosen alongside the letter size, depth and mounting method. Use the free mockup to explore the direction, then confirm the specification before production.
